We are a family run business based in Manchester, England and have been supplying all sectors of the food industry with a range of quality products.

 

The company founded by Alan Mitchell who originally plied his trade with Lucas Amasal (Kerry Lucas). He then went on to form a successful partnership with Roy Dixon at the Manchester rusk company (MRC). Alan then founded AM Ingredients Ltd in 1985, which has now grown into one of the leading independently owned companies in their profession.
